| CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ART GUIDELINES
Please contact us if you are unsure whether your art will work. To save time, the following guidelines are suggested. Art on Paper Clean, crisp art at the final print size is recommended. Any deviation from this may require more art time. Computer Art Vector art is recommended. This is art created in Illustrator , Corel Draw or Freehand. The fonts must be converted to outline or curves. Please include a .jpeg as a proof. Freehand files must be converted to an .eps file. Placed images must be included with the file. Bitmap files such as .tiff, .bmp or .psd are good for painted or photographic images. For best results the image must be created at 300dpi at the final print size. Images taken from the internet such as .jpeg or .giff are not recommended because they are usually too small. These types of files will usually not work for promotional items such as pencils, flashlights etc. Lists of names must be typed in Microsoft Word. For a paragraph of names, do not press "Enter" at the end of each line. For names to be placed in columns please press "Enter" after each name. Please e-mail the font with the file.
